My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms turned out to be smaller than expected, but they were clean. The view from the room was not great, and the bathroom floor needed attention. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with Masod, Yaqub, and all the staff being friendly and approachable. The location was initially tricky to find but turned out to be excellent, close to the Grand Bazaar. Unfortunately, the dining experience was underwhelming, and the food was below expectations.
